- The first action required is to gather the required tools needed to make this conversion. These tools and materials needed include; Planks and plywood, Nails and screws, paints, hammer, handles, tape measures, screwdriver and pencil.
- Measure the washbasin in other to attain the length and breadth of the basin. This will help cut the planks to suit the basin.
- Cut the plans according to the measured size of the wash and basin.
- Paint the planks and plywood already cut and leave them to dry. One can also use a paint spray instead of a paintbrush to make the paint application faster.
- Arrange the plank together according to the length of the washbasin and screw them together to form a box shape. Use the plywood to cover the back of the already screwed planks.
- Screw-in drawers’ space in the already made box, as this will be the space for the vanity drawers.
- Place this already made box and screw them to the wall right under the washbasin. It should fit in properly if the right measurement was used.
- Install the drawers’ right into the already made box.
- Check if the vanity is firm to the wall and also check if it fits correctly with the washbasin.
